Coach Aubrey will evaluate your swimming, biking and/or running technique remotely using the same type of video analysis he uses on himself. The videos will be taken by you, sent to Coach Aubrey, and he will provide an assessment of your current technique including strengths and areas of opportunity. He will suggest workouts, stretches, and changes that you can make to become a stronger, faster athlete.
Remote Analysis Comes with the Following:
- Video Analysis: You will receive your videos back with analysis overlaid on your video to see exactly where Coach sees room for improvement
- Workouts, Stretches and Mobility Exercises: Depending on the changes that need to be made, you may need to integrate certain movements into your training
- Recommendations: Coach Aubrey will review with you, where you can improve, what your strengths are, and how to become a better runner through enhanced technique
- Skype Chat to Review: To go over the video results, Coach Aubrey will Skype you to answer any questions and review results
- Follow Up Call: After two weeks you will have a follow up call with Coach to check on the changes
