Coach Aubrey Aldy
Aubrey has been an athlete nearly his entire life beginning at age 6 playing soccer, and continuing with football, wrestling and track and field through High School. Aubrey’s background is rooted in his time as a U.S. Army Infantryman and physical training leader, experiences that sparked his passion for endurance sports and coaching. In 2001 Aubrey ran his first marathon while being stationed in Hawaii at the Honolulu Marathon, and was transformed into an endurance athlete, and eventually coach, from that point on. His coaching philosophy emphasizes resiliency, consistency, and a balance between pushing limits and avoiding injury. He currently works with athletes both locally and remotely, offering various services like strength training, nutrition guidance, and mental skills coaching. Along the journey Aubrey has earned certifications in the following:
USA Triathlon Level II Coach, IRONMAN Certified Coach, U.S. Masters Swimming Level II Coach, USA Track and Field Level I Coach, USA Cycling Level III Coach, and W.I.T.S. Certified Personal Trainer

Holds overall wins in 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, Marathon, Sprint, Half, International and Full distance Triathlon, and 50k Ultra
