My triathlon journey started in 2017 at the HITS Naples 70.3. I was age 63, knew nothing about nutrition or hydration, and rode a hybrid bike. After finishing the race I was in so much pain that I thought it may be my first and last triathlon. Shortly after that, I attended an All Day Endurance seminar in Naples where Aubrey discussed aspects of triathlon training, including swimming, cycling, running, nutrition, and hydration. I was impressed and hired him to be my coach. Aubrey spent many hours helping me select and set up equipment including a tri bike that he fitted. With running, cycling, and swimming, he coached my form and helped tailor my specific needs for fueling. Two years later, after a few 70.3 races, I competed in my first 140.6 at age 65. Since then, I raced the St. George 70.3 WC and finished IM Choo with an age group 1st place & PR at age 70. My next 140.6 will be the IM WC in Nice! Aubrey’s skills and careful attention to detail have taken me full circle from newbie to podium finishes and World Championship competitions. The workouts he plans for me have kept me healthy while building fitness. Thank you Aubrey.

It is rare to meet a true expert. In one short meeting, it was obvious to me that Aubrey is a true expert. I started getting into cycling and started with the Iceman mountain bike race. I then read a few books on triathlon, bought Garmin devices, started listening to podcasts, et cetera. Making sense of the Garmin training advice and data, podcasts, books, and random advice out there is difficult and time intensive. Aubrey with a lifetime of actual racing experience, coaching and a complete knowledge of the scientific underpinnings of race and training fitness has made training and racing fun. With Aubrey, you are able to have your best races now, without experiencing years of trial and error to get there. No computer generated training plan or artificial intelligence can come close to providing the results that Aubrey does.

Aubrey is the third ultrarunning coach that I’ve hired, and I can confidently say that I will be his client for life. I think of All Day Endurance as my insurance plan for any event. If I am paying thousands of dollars on gear, entry fee, travel, and hotel stays for races, I might as well invest in the best to get me ready to dominate a race. Aubrey has trained me for three 100+ mile ultras and various other race distances. He coaches the entire athlete and communicates often to understand the best unique training for each athlete – it’s far more than assigning mileage. Together we’ve overcome how to train through injury, stressful life events, wedding planning.. the list goes on. To top it off, Aubrey is as invested in my success as I am. His pre-race “how are you feeling?” texts and post-race celebratory messages really make the difference. He has been in my corner every time. I am so happy that I found All Day Endurance – it’s the best secret weapon out there.

I started working with Aubrey my 2nd season of triathlon at the beginning of 2017. It is now August and I have moved up in my Florida age group ranking from 35 to 14. I even won 1st place overall female in a local sprint triathlon! Oh…did I mention I’m 55? :) I attribute my continued success in triathlons and running races to Aubrey’s expertise, acumen and patience as a coach. I can’t wait to see where he takes me from here!! Woot Woot!

I’ve been working with Aubrey for the last five months. Aubrey took into account my past, my age, my objectives to built up a training plan. ADE makes things much easier: the planning is done, in quantity and quality so I don’t have to think in the morning about “what am I gonna do today?”

I’ve been working with Aubrey for a little over two years now. I am a remote athlete and we do much of our communication by email, text or phone conversations. I often refer to myself as the regular athlete as I am not as fast as others that he coaches but I certainly have my own goals. Despite this, Aubrey makes no distinction between my ability and faster athletes since to him I am another athlete on the team. He has been very helpful in forcing me to understand what it means to listen to my body, both pushing it farther when necessary as well as dialing it back when I need more rest. The results over the last two years have been significant. I just completed a half ironman and was able to hit my target bike pace for the 56 miles. This was quite an accomplishment for me as I balance work, motherhood and many solo weeks as a parent. Aubrey is able to understand the nuances in my life and work them into a training schedule that not only will help get me closer to my goals, but one that is manageable and fun. I am a better athlete as a result of his coaching and guidance. He also has a wealth of information regarding nutrition, which is beneficial for any athlete but especially those involved in endurance sports. I look forward to reaching a few more goals this year under his guidance and would certainly recommend Aubrey as a coach, whether you are local and can attend weekly sessions or a remote athlete. Coach Aubrey takes a very individualized and holistic approach to coaching. His methods are based in both his life experiences as an athlete and in current and accurate research. He is able to formulate a plan that is based on each person’s specific needs and goals. I trust Aubrey to help me achieve some of my biggest athletic and personal goals.

I started with a vision. An ambition to succeed. I knew I had the dedication, drive and desire. I also knew I needed a coach to achieve my goals. That’s how I met Coach Aubrey and AllDayEndurance. I had taken a year off from triathlon and knew I would have to climb my way back one lap, one pedal stroke, and one step at a time. AllDayEndurance’s personalized training plans provide me with a schedule that keeps each week fresh and exciting. Aubrey’s belief in me has given me the confidence to pursue goals I once thought to be unattainable…to reach my full potential. I’ve seen great improvement in my daily training and races. As an amazingly talented athlete himself, Aubrey’s passion for sport is both inspiring and motivating. I am very thankful for the opportunity to race my first Ironman, as well as future triathlons with AllDayEndurance.

I have been with Aubrey for just over six years and the simple truth is he makes me a better athlete and person. In 2011 without Aubrey I ran the Disney marathon in 5:20, the next two years with Aubrey were 4:22 and 3:59 respectively. I was only able to perform at my highest level because of his meticulous preparation. I was not a fan of the heart rate training because I was running so slow at times, but I trusted him and the methodology and we made significant gains. Once I learned to put my trust in him, the rest was easy and if you have a question he is always available by text. I will never threaten to be first in my age group, in fact I am happy to place in the top half, however Aubrey treats me with all the respect and dignity he gives to his athletes that are perpetual age group podium recipients. Aubrey has taught me to be the best endurance athlete I can be and I have always been prepared for EVERY race from a local 5K run to a 140.6 mile triathlon. The icing on the cake is that The All Dayers are an eclectic group of athletes with a wide array of athletic prowess that truly like and support each other.
